Miscellaneous

The Legal Terms of Use for this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. In the event that any of the conditions are found to be unenforceable under New South Wales law or the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, this will not affect the remainder of the terms and conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that this Legal Terms of Use constitute the complete and exclusive agreement with CA Connect concerning your use of its website, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.

All treatment plans purchased via CBD Vets Australia will be collected by one of CBD Vets Australia’ affiliated pharmacies. Keep in mind, if post phone consultation, the cannabis practitioner you speak to deems low-dose CBD not right for you, you will be offered a full refund. 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CBD Vets Australia’ (and its officers, employees, and agents) harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, judgments, awards, penalties, fines, costs and/or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) your use or misuse of this website or services, (ii) your user content, (iii) your violation of this Agreement; or (iv) your violation of applicable laws or regulations. CBD Vets Australia reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us and you agree to cooperate with our defence of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of CBD Vets Australia. CBD Vets Australia, its employees, agents, shareholders and officers make a profit from the sale of services and products to clients. CBD Vets Australia Doctors, Directors, Associates and other staff may have financial interest or equity stakes within CBD Vets Australia or its parent company Biologics Research Institute Australia Pty Ltd. 

Our doctors are instructed to work within all State and Federal rules and legislation, and to provide quality and ethical treatment within the AHPRA guidelines. CBD Vets Australia
